DCHEM-MNU - Chemistry Minor

The Chemistry minor compliments the Pre-Health major with courses that will assist students in their path to a Health Professional. The Chemistry minor is intended for students majoring in a field other than Chemistry (e.g. Biology or Psychology) but are pursuing course work to fulfill health professional school requirements. Many of the courses required for the Chemistry minor are either required or recommended for health professional school, making it a very logical choice for pre-health majors. Prescribed courses will introduce students to fields such as Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Chemistry, and Medicinal Chemistry.
